You don't have to buy petroleum-based fuels. You can save money by learning how to grow, extract and refine your own bio-fuel. If you are not ready to become self-sustaining, you can purchase bio-fuels from Nebraska Green Fuels Co-op.

Bringing together those who want to do their part in preserving the environment while saving money on their transportation costs leads to a the formation of new businesses like the NGF Co-op.

The Co-op is a distribution center designed to improve green oil selling options for farmer producers and local green fuel access for consumers. Please join us in our efforts to replace the country's dependency on petroleum oil.

Mission Statement:

NGFC provides renewable energy products with the mission to decrease petroleum oil dependence and responsibly utilize the natural resources that are available to us in order to help strengthen the local economy.

Company Goals:

NGFC plans to have an environmentally healthy and profitable company that leads the domestic renewable energy industry into a future of strong growth. The NGFC will have a steady increase in satisfied customers and maintain their involvement through joint efforts with the community and other organizations in this field.

NGFC values the environment and quality of living for our future generations. NGFC uses products and produces services based on environmentally friendly items.

Industry:

The energy industry is a constant growth industry, which has accelerated due to population growth and industrialization. The energy industry has been changing all around the world for decades. These changes are now accelerating, and the United States is struggling to catch up. Brazil runs on sugar cane ethanol; a massive PV solar grid powers Germany; and areas around the Netherlands survive with the help of wind.

Biodiesel has made huge inroads into diesel markets worldwide. Increases in the cost of traditional petroleum based fuels will continue, creating tremendous opportunities for decentralized renewable energy development using local resources.

Infrastructure designed to move energy over long distances will need to be altered to allow inputs including vegetable oils, ethanol, solar and wind energy. Citizens are being left to create their own solutions. In the long term, the collective citizenship will need to capitalize on the opportunities as they arise. We all need to build the systems that reduce our need for imported energy for the grid and transport energy over the long term.

NGFC is a leader of the revolution, and its customer base helps to clear the path toward a sustainable energy future.

NGFC Strengths and Competencies:

NGFC's company strengths and core competencies rely on using affordable renewable resources and products that keep energy dollars within our communities. The solutions that NGFC offer are greatly needed and well received by anyone looking to increase their efficiency in life.
