Legislation to Aid Citizen-owned Projects in Nebraska

Citizen owned commercial wind project were able to get their legislation through this session. These bills will go far in helping projects that are owned by Nebraska citizens. This legislation supports the essence of publicly owned power. These bills owe a lot to Sen. Cap Dierks, Sen Preister, Nebraska Farmers Union and the NeREA.
